• Fehimaa (ފެހިމާ) / News Bulletin is officially managed by the MJS 2.0 Team and unofficially owned by Mohamed Jamaluddin School as of October 18, 2025.
• The Platform serves as the school's official medium for news publication, announcements, and media communications.

2. Authorized Users

Access to administrative features, editing privileges, and posting rights is restricted to:

• MJS 2.0 Team Members
• School Administrators and Staff
• Club Heads and authorized student leaders

All users must maintain confidentiality of their login credentials and adhere to internal digital conduct policies.

3. Acceptable Use

Users must:

• Use the Platform only for educational, administrative, and communicative purposes approved by the MJS 2.0 Team.
• Avoid uploading or distributing any content that is unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, or otherwise harmful to individuals or the school's reputation.
• Not attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the Platform or its databases.

4. Content Ownership

All media, news articles, and publications hosted on Fehimaa / News Bulletin are the intellectual property of Mohamed Jamaluddin School unless otherwise credited.

Users submitting content through authorized channels grant the school a non-exclusive right to edit, publish, and archive such materials for academic and institutional use.

5. Data Usage

User data collected through Fehimaa / News Bulletin is processed according to the Privacy Policy.

By using the Platform, users consent to the collection and handling of their information as described therein.

6. Limitation of Liability

The MJS 2.0 Team and Mohamed Jamaluddin School shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform, including data loss or unauthorized access, except as required by law.
